Freshly Baked is my pony self. She is a Pegacorn. Her mother is a Pegasus and her father is a unicorn.
She was born in Manehattan, but moved to Ponyville one month before Twilight Sparkle & Spike did. She met Pinkie Pie, who, as usual, is always happy to greet new ponies. She lets Freshly Baked stay at Sugarcube Corner with her until she can find a home of her own. But when Pinkie and the Cakes get busy, she offers to help. Thankful, the Cakes hire her at Sugarcube Corner and she moves in with Pinkie as her new roommate and best friend!
She's loved baked goods ever since she was a young filly living in Manehattan. She loved to visit her local bakery just to look at all the wonderful sweet treats. This inspired her to teach herself how to make baked goods, too. She was pretty good at it. She made all kinds of treats for any occasion; birthday parties, cute-cenaras or holidays. She was proud of it, but didn't understand why she didn't have her cutie mark yet. She soon found out that she needed to prove to herself that baking was her destiny. The Canterlot Dessert Competition was coming up, so her parents suggested that she entered. Freshly was excited for the contest, but also scared to death because she was making cookies, but didn't know what special ingredients to add to the batter. Peanut Butter or Bananas? Raisins or Chocolate Chips? Zap Apple Jam or Ice Cream? All of a sudden, Rainbow Dash's first Sonic Rainboom caused a small earthquake, causing all of Freshly's ingredient options to spill into the batter! But was she upset? No, she was not! She mixed them all in, tasted the batter and decided that it was perfect! On the day of the Canterlot Dessert Competition, Freshly Baked waited anxiously for the judges and Princess Celestia to try her cookies. Luckily, they loved them! She won first prize! Elated that she could make cookies that even Princess Celestia would love, Freshly decided that baking was her one true destiny! All of a sudden, her cutie mark appeared on her flank! It was a bowl of chocolate chip cookie dough with a mixing spoon!
Freshly Baked has two pets: A yellow and blue baby dragon named Drew and a green baby griffon with a mullet named Greg. They both talk, are friends with Spike, and are also Freshly's assistants. They are baffled at how Pinkie understands what Gummy says and how he feels despite always making a blank expression.
When the gang run into poison joke, the next day, Freshly loses her mane, coat & tail! Luckily, Zecora's herbal bath brings them back.

Have you ever thought of editing your character's bio and maybe add some of those greatest YouTubers you met on her friends list? Like Lightning Bliss, Thespio, Midnight, Snoopy, Mad-Munchkin, Goldenfox, Keyframe, Jasper Pie even Dr Wolf?
And maybe Dark Cal (My evil twin) Casper Cake and other OC villains you met can be on the enemies list. BTW you forgot to put Flim and Flam on the enemies list.
